Build a strong, stable core through controlled movements and proper alignment.

Adult Ballet Training
Adult training focuses heavily on intellectual understanding and regiments that are designed to build functional strength, flexibility, and muscle memory at a pace that respects adult anatomy.

The Barre
Every class starts at the barre. This is where you build the building blocks of every movement. From warm up of joints, developing foot strength and speed to building agility and core stability.
The Center
Once dancers are warmed up, you move to the middle of the room without the support of the barre to build awareness of your body in space with slow, controlled movements, sustained extensions, small jumps, focusing on footwork and rythm.
Across the Floor
Dancers move in diagonals to travel across the studio shifting weights, building sense of waltz, train on leaping and momentary split in air as well as linked turns.
